Does Anyone Know of Any Good MMA Training Complexes in Atlanta?

    There are a few. The Knuckle Up franchise is all over the place, and is probably the most prominent MMA gym around there. Alliance BJJ has got very high quality instruction. Unit 2 Fitness has former UFC fighter Roberto Traven as the head coach, and is supposed to be a pretty good bang for your buck. Fusion MMA is in Marietta, and though small, has a good bunch of hard-working, technical guys.

    These are the ones I’m familiar with. I’ve dropped by all of ‘em except Unit 2.

    walk into downtown atl walk up to the biggest baddest looking dude and tell him to F off. i guarantee you you will get plenty of training doing that every weekend
