Do I Have to Have a Strong Physique to Start MMA Training?

Or could I start as I am (5 foot 9 around 145 pounds) not very muscular

    You can start as you are, and develop muscle as your train.

    You will devolop muscles after doing like 100 push ups everyday, but don’t think about that. When i started i didn’t have muscles but now i have 5 and half packs, just joking but i lost belly fat and i am stronger than before.

    just get in there, and you will get a strong physique along the way. No one expects you to be the hulk on your first day
