    @clus11 Manny Pacquiao vs Jose Aldo ;) lets see that one. I wanna see how Pacquiao responds to getting kicked the way Faber got kicked, over and over and over and over…

    @roadrunnerblink
    I think if a young Mike Tyson would train in takedown defense and submission defense, he could have easily had a Chuck Liddell kind of career in the heavyweight division.

    @roadrunnerblink if mma was as big as it is today, back then. tyson would be krazy

    @roadrunnerblink Mike Tyson was one of the best of all time. But mma is a completely different sport. I don’t think any pure boxer with “a bit” of mma training would stand a chance.

    @bigzeus99 But would Tyson have had a “bit” of MMA training, or would he have had done a serious amount of MMA training? Had MMA been as big as it is today back during Tyson’s youth. But on the other side, just because he picked up boxing well, don’t mean he will pick up the MMA game as well. We will never know how well he would have done, but we can only assume.

    @roadrunnerblink we will never know. but history shows that nomatter how good a boxer looks in a boxing fight, it wont mean much. you need more than ”a bit” of training to fight effecively on your back. james toney was completely helpless

    @roadrunnerblink Not really all he needs to do is learn how to fend off a take down and he will cause havoc in the MMA world.

    @roadrunnerblink “a bit” of training maybe isn’t enough, he’d have to dedicate himself to being well rounded or at least strong counter wrestling. Either way that takes time. Tyson would have been an animal in mma if the time was right for him to be competing

    @roadrunnerblink may be in his prime but not today

    @roadrunnerblink it will actually take a lot of mma training. just cuz hes a good puncher in boxing doesnt mean hell be good puncher in mma. the angle from which they punch are very different. and for tyson to get used to that, will take a long time, hence his reflexes are all based on boxing. but yea, tyson rocks.

    @mark1983peace ha ha ha did i just read that correct? how would an mma fighter whos experienced in a cage be restricted against a boxer?i think a boxer would be more resricted, and thats common sense talking., and how would it be like fighting with his hands tied behind his back? a boxer can use all his moves? ive got a feeling an mma fighter could use an array of moves(diciplines) as well. thats got to be the thickest load o shit ive read.

    @roadrunnerblink just like james toney with mma training…that worked out ,dude tyson is a beast and one of best boxers but he would just get taken down and smashed by ground and pound it takes years to learn grappling
