Cost of Insurance if You Were to Open an MMA Training Dojo.?

IDoes anyone know how much it would cost it would take for insurance alone, when opening your MMA Training Facility?

    I don’t see how it could be more than $300-$400 a year.

    I have a friend in NY that paid about $200 yearly.
