    Hello, thanks for posting this circuit it definitely looks like 3 to 5 minutes of hell. I have one very simple change, and it’s stupid, and I know you’ll tell me it’s stupid so can everyone else. I would stress the picking up and lowering of the kettle bells to be in proper form. I know that man in the video can toss them without a problem, but people throw their backs out sneezing, ya know. I’ve seen fighters get injured after sparring 10 rounds and then rolling their ankle. Crap happens.
