Best MMA Weight Training Workout?
Im curious as to what weight training workout will help me the most with my MMA training. Right now im doing my own workout and its working, but i wanna get an MMA workout so it will build the muscles i need to be a good fighter. Any workouts or tips?

hitting tires with the sledge hammer would probably be the best. it works all the main upper body muscles used in mma
