you got the bouncing and everything right, but my boxing coach taught me that when you move back to never bring your feet together ( side by side) wich is what is demonstrated here in this video, move your back foot first and then let your front foot drag back into your original stance.
Seems like you not only know the techniques but how to teach them as well. Clear explanations of the body mechanics with demostrations and lots of repetition. Well done.
