Go, Sheila! I’m 65 and I, too, do the ladder routines in my cardio workout twice weekly with a trainer. I wonder at the lack of seniors at the gym. I need to build muscle & balance now more than ever. Bring it on!

Sure this is great and all, she is 72 and I am absolutely glad for her staying in shape and things of things of that nature. But why the hell does a 72 year old women need “agility”?

Why does she only go one way on the ladder then walk back on the side? Is it because the walk back is more efficient than resting in place at one end of the ladder?

You’re kidding right. Do you work with a senior population. BALANCE – AGILITY.

did somebody seriously vote this down? do they have any idea how important it is to be agile as a senior? Falling is a frequent precursor to fatal injuries in seniors.
